That drag on Monday morning is serious for some of us, and it can be even worse if you are going through something. I encourage you to rise up! I know it is difficult, but you can do it. I promise. Find a scripture to meditate on. Find some worship music and turn it up! Write out what you need from God! Cry it out! But rise up! You will not be defeated. His grace is sufficient. His promises are true. I know this not just because His word says so, but because I have experienced it. Life is for the living! Choose to live your life and take it one day at a time. I love y’all!
