If you have never been to a Spelhouse (Spelman + Morehouse) homecoming, you should! It was just the break I needed. HBCU homecomings are truly a family reunion. The spirit of the people, good food, music and thousands of beige and brown faces — there is truly nothing like it. Seeing my Spelman sisters and Morehouse brothers was a reminder for me to stay on my grind and to always operate in excellence. So here’s to a new week and a prosperous Monday!
